Blossom offers premium quality cold pressed Tamanu Oil (Faroha Oil) in bulk. It has dark green color and characteristic odor for versatile application.

Tamanu Oil is obtained from tamanu tree that is tropical tree native in South East Asia and the Pacific Islands.  The fruit of tamanu tree is similar to apple, but inside contains a large nut with kernel.  This kernel is dried in the sun for two months and then it is cold pressed to obtain the oil. Tamanu Oil has been used for centuries to solve and cure any skin problems. We can say that tamanu oil is powerful skin regenerator. The source of its remarkable healing power is Calophyllic Acid, Calophylloiide (anti-inflammatory agent) and lactone (antibiotic) cumarines (anti-inflammatory), and phospholipids.  It can treat sunburns rashes, scars, stretch marks, minor cuts, and sores. Glycan found in this oil protects from UV rays and sun damage. Tamanu Oil may naturally separate/solidify at cold temperatures.  Warming up the oil brings it back to homogeneous liquid state.
